When you are on your fitness journey, there will always be people who try to make you feel guilty about indulging in the foods they do. They will use words such such a “Deprive” & “Starve” to make you feel as though you’re missing out on the indulgences..
Do not be dismayed.. Stick to your goal.. Not everyone will understand your journey. Not everyone has the mindset, or self control, determination, drive, or self motivation, neccessary to have a strong, healthy body…
They want to have companionship with their unhealthy food choices, to help ease their own guilt..
The rewards for sticking to your goal will be worth it..
There is nothing wrong with making healthy food choices..
